Green Shift and the Green Shift trademark are the property of Green Shift Inc. The Liberal Party of Canada using our trademark is an unusual circumstance.

It is important to note that their use of our trademark does not constitute an endorsement and does not mean that they are a part of our Green ShiftTM program. Furthermore, no, we are in not affiliated with the Liberal Party.

It is further important to note that our name has never been licensed in this fashion before and thus under normal conditions, it is safe to say that anyone using the “Green Shift” trademark has earned the right to do so - due to their environmental leadership, and their involvement with our Green ShiftTM program. Once again – this is an unusual circumstance and we do not have any involvement with the Liberal Party beyond the fact that they are licensing our trade name and trademark in reference to their carbon tax plan.

If you came to this page by mistake, but are interested in helping the environment – we have performed a beautiful 5+ year experiment – to identify who would step up early and stick their neck out above and beyond the rest. As a result we have developed a network of companies, institutions and individuals across Canada who have proven to be environmental leaders, and who are helping to shift our economy and our way of living… voluntarily…so that we can live in a country (or a world) that is more healthy and more in harmony with nature.
